Política de reembolso

 

All returns must be processed within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside of this period are subject to refusal. If you wish to do so, please inform us immediately at info@maisonsanti.com for instructions. For the return to be accepted at our warehouse, the item(s) must satisfy the following conditions:

• Item is in original condition, with all tags still attached
• Item must not have been worn or washed
• Item must not be damaged

If we have reasons to suspect that the return does not satisfy the criteria above, we have the right to refuse. In addition, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Customers are responsible for the total cost of return shipping. The package should clearly outline that it is a 'Return' to ensure no extra charges are applied. Should your return package incur any import taxes or duties, we will deduct any additional costs related to your shipment from your refund. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship with a reliable carrier including tracking and insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

 

We ask you to allow 2-3 days processing time upon receiving the goods as all returns must go through a quality check before a refund approval. If the item(s) do not meet the criteria, we have the right to refuse a return and will be contacted directly by our team.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded to your original payment account.
